Package of the Digital IndicatorsOur digital indicator package consists of 3 (FATL ?, SATL ?, RBCI ?)and 5 derivative indicators: (RFTL ?, RSTL ?, FTLM ?, STLM ?, PCCI ? )
Enlarge image Firstly, indicators have complex impulse feature allowing more precisely keeping the track of the main cycles of the market and providing comprehensively suppression the market noise. Secondly, indicators have no any phase lag (angular lag) with regard to current prices (FATL, SATL) in contrast to moving averages, and if there is lag (RFTL, RSTL) more smoothness and predictability for indicator behavior is provided. Fast Adaptive Trend Line - is a short- term trend line estimate.
Low frequency filter parameters are selected from current spectrum of specified market.
Unlike moving average FATL has no any phase lag regarding current price being its average of distribution.
FATL indicator file can be downloaded for free. You can find it in the section DOWNLOADS Slow Adaptive Trend Line - is a long- term trend line estimate.
Low frequency filter parameters are selected from current spectrum of specified market. SATL (k) is an
average of distribution of FATL (k).
Rising SATL line points out the bullish trend, falling line points the bearish trend.
is an overall sum of all main market cycles.
Range filter parameters are selected from the current market spectrum. In simplified formula RBCI (k) = FATL (k)-SATL (k).
RBCI is a quasi-stationary process that is a process with bound spectrum. When RBCI approaches its local maximum the prices
approach the upper border of the trading channel and when
RBCI approaches its local minimum the prices approach the lower border of the trading channel.
Reference Fast Trend Line - is a FATL digital filter response to the input series of prices taken with delay equal to the relevant Nyquist interval 1/2F.
In the following Figure you can compare our RFTL indicator behavior (blue line) and Moving Average (red line) that are similar in some parameters of the digital filter.
As you can see RFTL chart differs in more smoothness with MA 10 and hence, RFTL behavior is more predictable than that of MA 10.
We recommend using our indicators instead of moving averages in all cases.

Fast Trend Line Momentum -
shows tempo of the FATL change (fall or rise) and is computed similarly to
Momentum indicator by formula: FTLM (k) = FATL (k) - RFTL (k).
Slow Trend Line Momentum -
- shows tempo of the SATL change (fall or rise) and is computed similarly to Momentum indicator by formula: STLM (k) = SATL (k) - RSTL (k).
Perfect Commodity Channel Index - - is computed by formula: PCCI (k) = close(k) - FATL(k).
PCCI index is-a normalized to its divergence high frequent component of the currency rate volatility.
